Parker Construction & Development, Inc. was established in 2015 as a full service residential and commercial licensed General Contractor and was founded by Michael S. Parker. Based in Gaston County in Belmont, NC we provide services to clients throughout the surrounding areas including Charlotte, Matthews, Mint Hill, Mooresville, Statesville, Huntersville, Greensboro, Raleigh, Gastonia, Shelby, Kings Mountain, Asheville and many others. We have over twenty years experience in the construction industry through a wide range of residential & commercial projects. These projects included constructing, overseeing and project management for residential, commercial, retail, corporate offices, medical and educational renovations and upfits. Through years of experience and the highest caliber employees, Parker Construction & Development, Inc. has the knowledge and expertise to deliver the highest quality workmanship to exceed our clients expectations.
